Job Description Summary

The Senior Talent Acquisition Advisor plays a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and retaining top talent for Cushman & Wakefield. This position is responsible for developing and executing recruitment strategies to meet the company's current and future staffing needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of talent acquisition processes, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.

 

 

Job Description

About the Role:

* Promote & follow the defined global recruitment processes & guidelines.

* Partner with Business Leaders to understand proactive staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.

* Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals.

* Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

* Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding, ensuring a positive and professional experience for all candidates.

* Utilize applicant tracking system (ATS) & other approved tools to track candidate progress, maintain candidate pipelines, and generate reports on recruitment metrics.

* Stay informed about industry trends, competitor practices, and new recruitment technologies to continuously improve recruitment processes.

* Provide guidance and support to hiring managers on recruitment best practices, interview techniques, and selection criteria.

* Will be responsible to share hiring updates in the prescribed manner to Hiring Managers & Business on a regular basis.

* Support the lead in managing & tracking recruitment metrices.

 

About You:

 

* Master's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

* 8+ Years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, preferably in Shared Services or GCC segment.

* Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for various roles.

* Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software. Working knowledge of Workday will be preferred.

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with candidates, hiring managers, and colleagues at all levels of the organization.

* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
