Key Responsibilities

• Global Full-Cycle Recruitment: Own end-to-end recruitment for technical, strategic, and corporate roles across engineering, product, consulting, technology, design, and support functions in LATAM, EMEA, and US markets.
• Stakeholder Partnership: Serve as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, delivery heads, and executive leaders to deeply understand role requirements, define compelling candidate experiences, calibrate talent, and define competitive global offer packages.
• Strategic Alignment: Work in tight alignment with internal Recruiting Managers, Sourcers, HR Business Partners (Account Management, Delivery, Engineering, and Support functions), and Talent Management to ensure a unified approach to our overall recruiting strategy and process.
• Candidate Engagement: Build diverse, high-caliber pipelines and establish long-term relationships with candidates. Facilitate meaningful career conversations to align their aspirations with our opportunities.
• Strategic Influence: Provide data-driven guidance, lead recruitment update meetings, and influence business stakeholders and leadership as a trusted talent advisor.
• Innovative Sourcing: Proactively create and implement innovative methods and headhunting tactics to source, map, and attract high-potential talent utilizing all available channels when needed.
• Velocity & Experience: Deliver a seamless, premium candidate journey while maintaining a high-velocity process. Keep candidates engaged and informed, balancing speed-to-hire with uncompromised quality from initial outreach to close.

Role Requirements

• Experience: A minimum of five (5) years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in engineering, product, data science, and technology job families. Two (2) years of experience working as an external headhunter is required.
• Proven Global Reach: Hands-on experience recruiting technical talent across LATAM, EMEA, and the US.
• Sourcing Expertise: Demonstrated superior sourcing and talent mapping skills using advanced Boolean strategies via LinkedIn, Google, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and alternative tools.
• Search Fundamentals: A strong holistic understanding of the search lifecycle, including candidate generation, stakeholder management, and sophisticated offer negotiation.
• Functional Knowledge: Understanding of Information Technology recruitment, including familiarity with technologies and where different profiles fit in the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Communication & Influence: Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills to deliver a positive candidate and hiring manager experience.
• Executive Presence: Proven experience successfully collaborating with and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
• Language Mastery: Fully bilingual in English and Spanish (written and spoken).

• Healthcare industry experience is preferred, ideally with prior experience recruiting in digital healthcare, software consulting, or IT services sectors
• Bachelor’s Degree is a plus.
• Strong project management skills are a plus.
• Experience in a startup environment or fast-paced matrix organization is a plus.
