The Opportunity:

The Recruiter serves as a strategic partner to both hiring managers and candidates, building trusted relationships that enable a consistently successful, end-to-end hiring process for our Pacific region, including Hawaii and Asia. This role requires a deep understanding of the business, mission priorities, and workforce needs of the client groups supported, as well as current labor-market dynamics within targeted talent pools. The Recruiter provides data-driven guidance to hiring leaders on attraction strategies, sourcing approaches, and candidate selection to secure top-tier talent. The Recruiter is responsible for full-lifecycle recruiting, including sourcing through social networks, job boards, and applicant tracking systems, while leveraging AI-enabled tools to enhance efficiency and decision-making. This role ensures all recruiting activities and deliverables comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, maintaining the highest standards of integrity and compliance. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

 

You Have:

• 6+ years of experience supporting recruitment and talent acquisition activities
• Experience serving as a strategic recruiting partner to hiring managers, translating business and talent needs into effective recruiting strategies
• Experience supporting full lifecycle recruitment activity for non-technical and technical skillsets including Cyber, SWE, DevSecOps, Network Engineer, AI Engineer, and Data Science
• Experience using Workday
• Experience with talent pipelining, Boolean search, and social recruiting techniques to identify passive candidates
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
• Ability to support recruiting across the Pacific region, including Hawaii and Asia, and work the business hours required to effectively support those locations
• Bachelor's degree

 

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting for government, defense, intelligence or highly regulated environments
• Experience recruiting candidates requiring security clearances
• Experience recruiting and hiring for international locations

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
