As Talent Acquisition Partner, you will lead recruitment activities across Germany and Switzerland, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire exceptional talent while continuously improving the candidate and hiring manager experience.
Your key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment across Germany and Switzerland
- Partner with hiring managers to define hiring needs and drive effective hiring decisions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract and engage top talent incl. building relationships with universities, educational institutions, and student organizations to support early-talent pipelines
- Assess candidates through structured interviews and selection processes
- Advise stakeholders on recruitment best practices, tools, and market insights
- Champion an outstanding candidate experience while contributing to the continuous improvement of our talent acquisition practices
Your experience and qualifications
For this role your ability to deliver high-quality hiring processes is more important than your educational background. We are seeking someone with extensive recruitment experience, preferably from an in-house role. Other requirements are
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment across different functions
- Proven sourcing and candidate research capabilities
- Strong stakeholder-management and advisory skills
- Confidence in managing several recruitment processes and priorities independently
- Fluent English, both written and spoken
- German language skills
About the team
You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager based in Denmark and become part of a collaborative, international Talent Acquisition team. While most of the team is located in Denmark, you will also have a colleague based in the United States.
Success in this role is built on strong relationships. We are therefore looking for someone based within commuting distance of Munich who values face-to-face collaboration and enjoys partnering closely with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR colleagues. Regular time in the office will help you build your network and stay connected to the people and culture that make Bavarian Nordic unique.
You should also expect regular travel to Bern, Switzerland once per quarter to support hiring activities and strengthen collaboration across both locations.
