Where You’ll Make a Difference

• Develops sales strategies to satisfy business plan objectives of China Fine Fragrance business, be keen & sharp on category trends & clients’ business transformation, as well as to maximize sales opportunities via an account plan;

• Provides clients with general and specific information on product concepts; submission documents and presentations.

• Efficient project management to deliver high win rate and risk management to minimize the impact

• Oversee the management of client accounts

• Independently manage projects, work closely with internal and external stakeholders

• Remain ahead of all news at the intersection of fashion, lifestyle and tech to advise clients on new opportunities and emerging strategies

• Create and deliver reports, both qualitative and quantitative

• Keep abreast of competitive activities, prices and new business opportunities

• Issue comprehensive action reports as per clients briefs

What Makes You the Right Fit

• At least 5 years solid experience in commercial role, with measurable track records in Scent industry is preferred

• Integrity, passionate & desire for customer intimacy building

• Strong project management skills

• Fluent in Chinese and English (written and spoken)
