Kodiak Aircraft is seeking a detail-oriented Manufacturing Process Planner to support aircraft production by managing and maintaining manufacturing data within our ERP system. This role plays a critical part in ensuring accurate production planning, configuration control, and seamless integration between Engineering and Manufacturing.
Primary Role and Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain manufacturing bills of material (mBOMs), routings, and work instructions within ERP.
- Support the translation of engineering designs into executable manufacturing data.
- Implement engineering changes and maintain configuration traceability.
- Ensure production data accuracy to support scheduling, material planning, and shop-floor execution.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Configuration Management teams.
- Investigate data-related production issues and support continuous improvement initiatives.
What you need to have:
- 5-7 years of experience in manufacturing planning, manufacturing engineering, or ERP data management.
- Experience with ERP systems such as Epicor, SAP, or similar platforms.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes and production environments.
- Experience with BOMs, routings, engineering changes, and configuration management.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work across multiple teams.
- Aerospace manufacturing experience is highly preferred.
Information related to the position:
The compensation range is $65,000 to $75,000 in base salary plus an annual target bonus.
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Daher considers a number of factors when determining salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, skills, and current market conditions.
