About this Role:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Project Coordinator (BSEE, BSME, BSCE) to join our dynamic team in Carolina, PR for an onsite, full time opportunity.  Applicants must currently reside in Puerto Rico.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Construction Project Manager to coordinate all stages of construction

• Serve as liaison between contractors, clients, and internal teams to ensure seamless project communication

• Track project milestones and provide detailed progress reports

• Perform regular site visits to evaluate project status, safety, and compliance

• Uphold strict adherence to deadlines and quality standards for all deliverables

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.

• 3-5 years of experience in construction projects

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English—both written and verbal

• Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• EIT certification is a plus
