Requirements
Must-Haves
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related quantitative discipline.
- Core Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of hands-on experience in BI Development, Data Science, or Advanced Analytics delivery.
- Technical Leadership: Proven track record of leading, mentoring, or technically guiding BI developers and/or data scientists.
- BI & Semantic Modelling Expertise: Mastery of modern enterprise BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Grafana) with advanced knowledge of semantic data modelling, DAX, and standardized KPI architecture.
- Advanced Analytics & Scripting: Strong programming proficiency in Python or R, combined with solid statistical analysis and machine learning methodologies.
- Data Querying & Architecture: Advanced SQL capabilities with a deep understanding of analytical database design and the end-to-end analytics lifecycle.
- Methodology: Demonstrated experience working in Agile/Scrum cross-functional product squads.
