Our team oversees one of the largest global supply chains, focusing on optimizing material handling equipment through proactive management, lifecycle enhancement, and retrofit initiatives. We emphasize preventing premature equipment failures to maintain operational excellence. Utilizing expertise in vendor and contract management, procurement, and budgeting, the team drives continuous improvement and equipment efficiency. Collaborating across functions, we implement best practices and uphold high standards to support Walmart’s business objectives, fostering a culture centered on reliability and performance in equipment service management.
What you'll do:

• Lead operational excellence initiatives by evaluating industry practices and recommending process improvements to enhance material handling equipment service.
• Manage vendor relationships, ensuring compliance with quality standards, contract terms, and performance expectations.
• Oversee budgeting, monitor expenditures, and provide detailed financial reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to maintain smooth workflows and resolve operational challenges.
• Apply data analytics to assess equipment reliability, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement efforts.
• Guide contract administration, ensuring adherence to organizational policies and regulatory requirements.
• Support crisis management planning and implement quality assurance processes to uphold service standards.

What you'll bring:

• Proven expertise in operational excellence with the ability to evaluate and improve organizational functions and workflows.
• Strong vendor management skills, including supplier performance monitoring and contract compliance.
• Demonstrated experience in budgeting, contract administration, and procurement processes for material handling equipment.
• Advanced project management capabilities with a focus on delivering results and managing complex initiatives.
• Proficiency in data analytics to drive insights, support decision-making, and enhance operational performance.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to influence stakeholders and facilitate cross-functional partnerships.
• Ability to lead change management efforts and implement continuous business process improvements.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
