Washington, D.C. | 5–10 Years of Experience
An established and highly regarded personal injury law practice is looking to add an experienced Associate Attorney to its litigation team in Washington, D.C.
This is an opportunity for an attorney who enjoys being in the courtroom, taking ownership of cases, and gaining meaningful hands-on trial experience. The associate will have the opportunity to independently litigate and try their own cases while also working closely with experienced partners on more complex matters.
What You'll Do:

Independently manage, litigate, and try personal injury cases.

Work alongside partners as second chair on litigation matters.

Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, and other legal documents.

Conduct client interviews and meet with prospective clients.

Handle case preparation, strategy, and day-to-day litigation responsibilities.

Participate in all phases of litigation from inception through resolution.
What They're Looking For:

5–10 years of experience practicing law, preferably in personal injury litigation.

Active license to practice in Washington, D.C.

Excellent legal research, writing, and organizational skills.

Experience managing cases and communicating directly with clients.

A motivated attorney who wants to continue developing their litigation and trial skills.
