Lead Residential HVAC Install Technician

TIRED OF WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT FORGETS YOU'RE A PERSON?

Has your company been bought by private equity?

Do you feel like decisions are made in a boardroom by people who have never stepped foot in the field?

Are you tired of being treated like a number instead of a valued team member?

Do your ideas get ignored?

Are you looking for a company that actually lives its core values instead of hanging them on a wall?

If you answered "yes" to any of those questions, keep reading.

NOT ANOTHER PRIVATE EQUITY HVAC COMPANY

The HVAC industry is changing. More and more local companies are being bought by large investment groups focused on growth, numbers, and shareholder returns.

That's not us.

Fox Heating & Cooling is still locally owned and family operated right here in the Treasure Valley. We haven't been bought by private equity, and we don't answer to investors. We answer to our customers, our employees, and our community.

When you work at Fox, you'll know the owners by name. You'll see them in the office, in the warehouse, and actively involved in the day-to-day operations of the company. We believe the people serving customers and doing the work should have a voice in how the company operates.

Your ideas matter here.

Your experience matters here.

You matter here.
