Your mission
- Identify and engage potential clients, strategic partners, and key decision-makers through targeted market research, industry networking, relationship-building, and proactive outreach activities.
- Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, competitor activities, and market developments within the entertainment, immersive, and cultural sectors to identify new business opportunities and potential market challenges.
- Maintain accurate, well-structured, and up-to-date records of sales activities, client communications, opportunities, and pipeline progression within the CRM system.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on business development performance, pipeline status, market insights, and progress toward commercial objectives and revenue targets.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, creative, project, technical, and cross-functional teams to align business development initiatives with company strategy and project goals.
- Support the development of strategic partnerships and long-term client relationships that contribute to the growth and positioning of BeWunder Spatial Experiences in the regional and international market.
- Contribute proactively to proposal development, client presentations, and pitch strategies for large-scale immersive, entertainment, and cultural projects.
Your profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field is preferred, though not mandatory for candidates with relevant experience and a strong commercial mindset.
- Previous experience in business development, sales, client relations, or partnership management is considered a strong advantage, ideally within the entertainment, experiential, cultural, creative, or technology sectors.
- Excellent organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, work under deadlines, and maintain strong attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a confident and professional presence capable of building trusted relationships with clients, partners, consultants, and stakeholders.
- Quick learner with strong business acumen and the ability to understand complex project environments, identify opportunities, and adapt proactively to evolving business needs.
- Positive, proactive, and solutions-oriented mindset, with a genuine passion for immersive experiences, cultural projects, innovation, and contributing to the growth of the Spatial Experiences division.
- Self-motivated team player with strong initiative, curiosity, and a drive to achieve measurable results in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
