YOU WILL BE WORKING ON:
- Serving and assisting potential and existing clients in bookings for venue rentals, including conducting venue tours for potential clients and addressing queries
- Support in the preparation and execution of events held at the venue, including liaising with Estates department to ensure smooth operations during events
- Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client communications and handle administrative tasks related to tenancies and venue bookings
- Assist in tracking tenancy milestones (commencement dates, renewal timelines, licence fee revisions) and flagging upcoming action items to the supervisor.
- Handle incoming venue hire enquiries via email and phone, and follow through on the booking process from initial enquiry to confirmation.
- Maintain and update tenancy and venue hire databases, ensuring accuracy of records including contract terms, contact details, and payment status.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor or HOD
WHO YOU ARE:
- Interest in youth engagement, partnership or business development
- Team player with good networking, communication, and interpersonal skills to be able to work with a diverse set of people including staff, commercial and noncommercial partners.
- Interest in property, real estate, or commercial leasing
- Meticulous with documentation and follow-through on administrative tasks
- Comfortable with data entry and maintaining records in Excel or similar tools
- Able to communicate professionally with external clients and vendors
- Able to work on weekends where required
