Key Responsibilities (Mid-Level)
• Module Configuration: Hands-on configuration of core Oracle Transportation Management (OTM) modules including Order Release, Shipment Planning, Rate Management, and Itineraries.
• GTM Compliance Setup: Setting up basic Oracle Global Trade Management (GTM) elements like trade transaction screening, product classification, and compliance rules.
• Technical Customization: Developing and modifying custom automation agents, saved queries, screen sets, and user menus.
• Integrations & Monitoring: Managing inbound/outbound XML or JSON transmissions and web services (REST/SOAP) between OTM/GTM and ERP systems.
• Testing & Support: Writing test scripts, executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and resolving day-to-day production support tickets.
Required Technical Skills
• Core Systems: 5 years of hands-on experience split across Oracle OTM Cloud and GTM Cloud.
• Database & Querying: Strong knowledge of the OTM Data Model, SQL, and PL/SQL for custom reporting and log analysis.
• Data Formats: Proficiency in XML, XSLT, and standard logistics EDI transmissions (e.g., EDI 204, 214, 210).
• Reporting: Experience building and modifying custom BI Publisher (BIP) reports.
