Growth Marketing Manager

Join our central Group Marketing team as Growth Marketing Manager and help accelerate growth across Finland and Sweden. This is a hands-on role where you'll turn commercial priorities and market insights into impactful campaigns, digital acquisition initiatives and experiments that generate demand and contribute to pipeline.

You'll support Liana across Finland and Sweden, as well as Profinder in Finland, working closely with Sales, Product Marketing and the wider Group Marketing team to optimise the customer journey - from first touch to qualified opportunity.

Combining local market ownership with the support of a shared Group Growth capability, you'll have the opportunity to test new ideas, optimise performance and turn data-driven insights into measurable business results.

Reporting directly to the Group CMO, you'll play an important role in executing and developing Growth across our markets.

What you will own

• Own and execute the Growth Marketing plan across Finland and Sweden, with primary responsibility for Liana in Finland and Sweden and Profinder in Finland.

• Plan, execute and optimise demand generation programmes across paid, organic, social, email and other relevant digital channels.

• Build and optimise lead generation campaigns with a clear focus on qualified demand.

• Translate commercial priorities and ICP definitions into targeted campaigns and audience strategies.

• Monitor funnel performance from acquisition through MQL and Sales handover, identifying opportunities to improve conversion.

• Use performance data, testing and experimentation to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.

• Explore and apply AI-enabled tools and workflows to improve campaign development, analysis, optimisation and execution.

• Work closely with Sales on lead quality, qualification, handovers and commercial priorities.

• Support landing page, conversion rate and campaign asset optimisation.

• Contribute local market insight, customer understanding and competitor intelligence.

• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Group Marketing to activate positioning and messaging across Finland and Sweden.

• Share learnings, performance insights and best practices across the wider Group Growth capability.

What we are looking for

We are looking for someone who combines strong digital marketing expertise, analytical thinking and a hands-on approach to execution.

You have:

• 3+ years of relevant experience in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing, Demand Generation, Performance Marketing or a similar role.

• Strong hands-on experience with paid digital acquisition and campaign optimisation.

• Experience building and optimising lead generation programmes.

• A strong understanding of the B2B funnel, including ICP, MQL, lead qualification and Marketing × Sales alignment.

• Experience working with marketing performance data, conversion rates and funnel metrics.

• Experience with marketing automation, CRM and digital tracking is a strong advantage. Familiarity with Pipedrive is a plus.

• The ability to translate commercial targets into focused growth plans, campaigns and experiments.

• An AI-native mindset – comfortable exploring and adopting new AI tools and ways of working to improve campaign development, content, analysis, optimisation and day-to-day execution.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a test-and-learn mindset.

• Strong project management and execution skills, with the ability to prioritise in a fast-moving environment.

• The ability to work independently while being part of a wider Group Marketing team.

• Fluent Swedish and English, both written and spoken.

• Finnish language skills are a plus.

Role focus

This position is primarily focused on measurable demand generation, digital acquisition and funnel optimisation, rather than general marketing coordination, communications or brand activities.

The role combines hands-on execution with local market ownership, while contributing to a shared Group Growth capability.

You will be expected to take initiatives from idea to execution, measure their impact and continuously optimise based on performance data.

Location

The role is based in Sweden and sits within our central Group Marketing organisation. Occasional travel may be required as part of the role.

You will work closely with teams and stakeholders across Liana, Ungapped and Profinder, as well as colleagues across different markets.
