👥About This Opportunity – IT DIRECTOR APAC

Missions (detailed but not exhaustive):

The APAC IT Director is responsible for leading all Information Technology activities across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring alignment with global IT strategy while addressing regional business priorities to support APAC 100. 

Regional IT Leadership 

• Develop and execute the regional IT roadmap aligned with Business & IT corporate priorities. 
• Serve as trusted advisor to APAC executive leadership. 
• Translate business objectives into technology initiatives. 
• Define & implement IT performance KPI for APAC.
• Be part of the Global IT leadership team and, in that capacity, help define the Group's overall IT strategy 
• Depending on how the IT organization evolves, he may need to build a team to support business development for the region

Cybersecurity & Compliance

• Ensure compliance with corporate cybersecurity policies. 
• Coordinate security awareness programs within its region 
• Manage regional cybersecurity incidents and risk assessments under the overall responsibility of the Group CISO 
• Support regulatory requirements applicable to the region (local data privacy regulations, etc.). 

Business Applications & Digital Transformation

• Lead deployment and adoption of enterprise platforms in APAC region (can be corporate solutions as well as Regional/Local solutions) : 
  • ERP 
  • CRM 
  • Quality Systems (eQMS) 
  • Data & Analytics platforms 
  • Collaboration solutions 
  • All other solutions which support the business
• Prioritize regional business demands
• Coordinate project delivery with global IT teams. 
• Drive automation and digitalization initiatives. 
• Promote innovation and emerging technologies, including AI-enabled solutions (with the support of Global Corporate leaders) 
• Lead global IT initiative for the Group 

Must be available to travel 50% of his time to APAC subsidiaries as well as to the U.S and France. 

 

Qualification Requirements / Skills: 

Education - Experience 

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred. 
• 10+ years of progressive IT leadership experience in an international organization 
• Experience in matrix organizations
