Program/Project Management Lead

Manage overall delivery of a program or project to achieve business outcomes. Define project scope and monitor execution of deliverables. Communicate across multiple stakeholders to manage expectations, issues and outcomes.

Summary: As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects, closely monitoring the progress of deliverables, and maintaining clear and consistent communication with various stakeholders. The position demands proactive management of expectations, timely resolution of issues, and ensuring successful outcomes through effective coordination and leadership. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform. - Responsible for team decisions. - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions. - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams. - Lead efforts to foster a collaborative environment that encourages knowledge sharing and continuous improvement. - Oversee risk management processes to identify potential challenges and implement mitigation strategies. - Facilitate alignment between project goals and organizational strategy through effective stakeholder engagement. Professional & Technical Skills: - Required Skill: Expert proficiency in Program Control Services. - Additional Good To Have Skills: Experience with Program Project Management, Platform Partner Ecosystem Enablement. - Strong capability in coordinating complex project schedules and resource allocation. - Proficient in utilizing project management tools and methodologies to track progress and deliverables. - Demonstrated ability to analyze project data to inform decision-making and optimize performance. - Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with diverse teams and stakeholders. Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7 years of experience in Program Control Services. - This position is based at our Manila office.
