Software Consultant - Senior

As a Senior Software Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in providing strategic guidance, technical expertise, and innovative solutions to our clients. This position requires a seasoned professional with a strong background in software development, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives. Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the proposed solutions.
• Lead and mentor a team of software developers. Provide technical guidance and oversight throughout the development lifecycle.
• Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Actively participate in hands-on software development when needed. Contribute to coding, testing, and debugging activities to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance and optimize software development processes.
• Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software.
• Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness for both internal teams and clients.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software consulting.
• Proven experience as a Senior Software Consultant or a similar role.
• Strong proficiency in software development, with expertise in multiple programming languages.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Leadership experience with a track record of successfully managing and mentoring teams.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends.
