Software Consultant - Associate (Hybrid – Norman, OK)
Responsibilities:
- Engage with clients to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives.
- Provide expert advice on software solutions and strategies to meet client requirements.
- Collaborate with internal teams to design and architect software solutions that align with client goals. Ensure the scalability, reliability, and performance of the proposed solutions.
- Manage and coordinate software development projects, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Monitor project progress and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Actively participate in hands-on software development when needed. Contribute to coding, testing, and debugging activities to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Stay up to date of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices. Apply this knowledge to enhance and optimize software development processes.
- Provide training and support to clients on implemented solutions. Ensure smooth knowledge transfer and assist clients in maximizing the benefits of the software.
- Create comprehensive technical documentation for software solutions, ensuring clarity and completeness for both internal teams and clients.
- Other duties as assigned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification, or active progress toward PMP certification, is a plus.
- Availability to work the Norman Office (Oklahoma).
- US Citizenship is a must.
