The Global Supply Chain and Logistics organization at Moderna is looking for a co-op to support work across Global Supply Planning, Master Data Management, Logistics Engineering, and Global Logistics. You will contribute to cross-functional projects that help improve supply reliability, data quality, operational execution, logistics processes, and the movement of materials across Moderna's network. This opportunity provides broad exposure to supply chain processes, systems, data, engineering, and continuous improvement, with specific assignments based on business needs and team priorities.

This position is site-based, requiring you to be at Moderna’s site full-time. This position is not eligible for remote work.

Here’s What You’ll Do

  • Assist with maintaining accurate data, trackers, reports, and documentation used to support planning and operational activities.
  • Help develop process maps, standard work, business requirements, logistics solutions, and other materials that improve clarity, consistency, and operational performance across teams.
  • Monitor key metrics and identify trends, risks, gaps, or opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to support supply planning, material flow, transportation, warehousing, logistics engineering, and data-related initiatives.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement and digital initiatives that reduce manual work, strengthen controls, and improve visibility.
  • Support project coordination, testing, issue tracking, and follow-up activities for process or system changes.
  • Prepare analyses, summaries, and presentations, and communicate findings and recommended next steps to project teams.
  • Additional duties as may be assigned from time to time.

Here’s What You’ll Bring to the Table (Basic Qualifications)

  • Current student enrolled in a Bachelors or Masters program in Supply Chain Management, Business, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Experience using Microsoft Excel to organize, analyze, and present data through coursework, employment, or project work.
  • Experience completing team-based projects and communicating results through written summaries or presentations.
  • At Moderna, we are focused on delivering on our mission by enabling talent to thrive. For this role, we are currently unable to offer immigration sponsorship. Candidates must already hold work authorization in US and be able to maintain that status without the need for future sponsorship.

  • GPA of 3.5 on a 4 scale or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently as well as the ability to contribute to high performing teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A desire to make an impact as part of a high-growth, transformational company that is Bold, Relentless, Curious, and Collaborative.
