Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the planning and execution of assigned projects & activities to cope with the HR events (C&B projects & initiatives, onboarding programs, recruitment events, etc.)
Assist with the daily administration and operations of onboarding & related HR functions
Assist in the contract signing sessions and onboarding tasks
Assist in the planning and execution of engagement program for new hires
Liaise with related departments/ teams to carry out HR related tasks
Handle HR documents & information in a confidential manner
Perform other job-related duties with the team
Job Requirements:
Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
