Service Stream are excited to open applications for a Finance Graduate to join our Utilities division, and form part of our cohort for the 2027 Ignite Graduate Program. We have 2 roles available, based in Victoria and South Australia. You will be joining our biggest business unit that supports Power, Gas, Water and Industrial sectors Australia-wide.

About the program

Our 2-year program is designed to support your personal and professional growth through a balanced mix of on-the-job experience, learning from others, and structured formal development. Our program features:

O-Week kicks off in February 2027 from our head office in Melbourne, marking your first day of employment. We will provide remuneration increases every 6 months for the duration of this program, and when you finish you will have a permanent role with us!

About you

To be eligible for the program, you must:

• Have completed, or about to complete, a minimum 3-year undergraduate degree within the last 5 years from a recognised university.

• Be available to work full-time for the 2-year duration of the program from February 2027.

• At time of application, hold Australian/New Zealand citizenship or permanent residency.

• Hold a current Australian driver’s licence.
