Home Health Aide (HHA) / Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Location: Arizona City, AZ
Position Type: 1099 Independent Contractor
Schedule: 4 hours per day, 3 days per week
Pay: $17–$19 per hour, depending on experience

We are seeking a compassionate, dependable, and skilled Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to provide quality one-on-one care to a patient in their home in Arizona City, Arizona.

The ideal candidate will be caring, respectful, and attentive to the patient’s needs while helping them remain comfortable, safe, and as independent as possible in their own home. Care will be provided in accordance with the physician-established plan of care.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, one-on-one care in the patient’s home.

• Assist the patient with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care.

• Provide assistance with mobility and other routine daily activities as needed.

• Prepare meals and assist with maintaining a clean and safe home environment.

• Perform light housekeeping related to the patient’s care.

• Monitor and document vital signs, including temperature, respiration, and other measurements as directed by the plan of care.

• Provide medication reminders in accordance with the established plan of care and applicable regulations.

• Maintain accurate and timely records and documentation of services provided.

• Communicate professionally and respectfully with the patient’s family and other authorized individuals regarding the patient’s care and needs.

• Follow the physician-established plan of care and report any significant changes in the patient’s condition to the appropriate individual.

Qualifications

• Current HHA or CNA certification, as applicable.

• Previous experience providing in-home or personal care is preferred.

• Compassionate, reliable, and patient-centered approach to care.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to work independently while following the established plan of care.

• Dependable transportation and the ability to consistently arrive as scheduled.
