Essential Responsibilities:
Cart Auditing and Tracking
Work on developing processes to standardize work.
Help develop procedures in all areas within shipping and receiving.
Training all new EE within the warehouse.
Will develop and control training records within the warehouse of qualifications and SOP.
Ensuring that inspections of parts, to include disposition of NCR parts.
Coordinate outbound shipments with carriers utilizing OTM for scheduling.
Inventory control of material in and out of the warehouse.
Assist with reconciliation of cycle counts within the warehouse and setting up parameters of daily counts.
Internal and external customer support.
Oracle user.
Help develop procedures in all areas within shipping and receiving.
Assist with SAP transactions & clerical responsibilities such as shipping labels, BOL’s, etc.
Assist in the distribution and accuracy of pick lists and standard operating procedures.
Work on developing processes to standardize work.
Work with manufacturing team to improve overall processes.
Give hourly EE’s technical guidance.
Assist with inventory cycle counting and reconciliation transactions in SAP.
Minimum Requirements:
Education
High school diploma or GED.
Equivalent warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience can substitute.
Experience
1+ year of warehouse, material handling, inventory, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred.
Experience using basic inventory or warehouse management systems is a plus.
Experience with receiving, picking, packing, put-away, material movement, or cycle counting preferred.
For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the base pay for this position is 1485.81/weekly. The specific pay rate offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location.
