Overview
Ensuring that all products are accurately accounted for, organized, and ready for dispatch maintaining the integrity of our inventory and supporting our operational efficiency.
Implement FEFO, EHS, GMP in operations
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough checks of incoming and outgoing shipments to verify product accuracy and quality.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory levels and report discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure timely processing of orders and efficient use of space.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and assist in inventory audits.
- Implement safety protocols and practices to ensure a secure working environment.
- Assist in training new employees on warehouse procedures and safety standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment safely (certification preferred).
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and warehouse management systems.
