Description

Our growing remote team is looking for Travel Advisors who are enthusiastic about creating great client experiences and helping people navigate the many choices involved in planning travel.

Rather than offering the same solution to every client, you will take the time to understand each person's priorities and help identify options that fit their individual needs. From a relaxing resort getaway to a cruise, international adventure, celebration trip, or group vacation, you will help coordinate the pieces that bring their plans together.

The role combines client communication, research, organization, and follow-through. Training is provided, so travel-industry experience is not necessary for candidates who are motivated to learn.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Connect with clients to discuss upcoming travel plans and expectations
  • Ask questions to identify preferred destinations, experiences, budgets, and priorities
  • Research available accommodations, cruises, packages, transportation, excursions, and other services
  • Narrow down options and provide clients with relevant recommendations
  • Coordinate selected arrangements and organize reservation information
  • Track important dates, confirmations, payments, and other booking details
  • Prepare clear and organized information for clients before departure
  • Answer questions and communicate updates throughout the process
  • Maintain accurate records using digital systems
  • Provide follow-up service after travel
  • Build strong client relationships that can lead to future bookings and referrals

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Communicates clearly and professionally
  • Enjoys working directly with clients
  • Has strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Pays close attention to details
  • Is comfortable researching and comparing information online
  • Can work independently and manage responsibilities without constant supervision
  • Is adaptable and willing to learn new systems
  • Demonstrates reliability and consistent follow-through
  • Is interested in developing travel and destination knowledge

Experience in customer service, hospitality, retail, administration, sales, event coordination, or another people-focused field is a plus, but not a requirement.

Resources & Support

  • Work-from-home environment
  • Flexible schedule
  • Step-by-step onboarding
  • Initial and ongoing training
  • Access to professional travel resources and planning tools
  • Supplier and destination education
  • Continued team support
  • Professional development opportunities
  • Performance-based earning and incentive opportunities

Grow Your Skills

Travel planning requires more than finding a destination. Successful advisors learn how to listen to their clients, research effectively, manage important details, solve problems, and provide service that earns trust.

We welcome individuals who are ready to learn, take initiative, and develop the skills needed to build strong client relationships in the travel industry.
