Role summary:The (USA) Senior Analyst, Strategic Account Management, plays a critical role in driving business growth through strategic planning, forecasting, and stakeholder engagement. This position requires expertise in analyzing market trends, managing key accounts, and delivering data-driven insights to support decision-making. The role involves collaborating with internal teams and external partners to optimize product offerings and enhance customer retention. The Senior Analyst will lead efforts in sales forecasting, account planning, and negotiation support, ensuring alignment with organizational goals while maintaining high standards of integrity and professionalism.
About the team:
The Client Services team partners strategically with Ad Sales to manage advertiser campaigns from planning to completion. Acting as the main contact for advertisers and agencies, the team ensures smooth campaign launch, pacing, optimization, and billing. They support revenue growth by identifying new opportunities and enhancing product offerings while maintaining key account health. The team provides actionable insights through performance reviews and collaborates with Sales, Ad Ops, Legal, Finance, IT, RevOps, and Product Marketing to address challenges and scale solutions across the business.
What you'll do:
- Analyze sales data and market trends to develop strategic account plans that drive revenue growth and customer retention.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align product offerings and solutions with client needs and industry developments.
- Manage forecasting processes using relevant tools to provide accurate sales projections and support business decision-making.
- Lead the preparation and presentation of sales proposals and business cases to key stakeholders.
- Facilitate onboarding and integration efforts for new accounts, resolving issues and ensuring smooth transitions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners through effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
What you'll bring:
- Proven expertise in strategic account planning, sales forecasting, and customer retention metrics.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret business data and market trends to support decision-making.
- Experience managing stakeholder relationships and effectively communicating with internal and external partners.
- Proficiency in developing and presenting sales proposals and negotiating to achieve business objectives.
- Knowledge of customer onboarding processes and system integration to ensure seamless client transitions.
- Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and drive process improvements aligned with business goals.
- Demonstrated business acumen with understanding of industry dynamics and product value propositions.

The annual salary range for this position is $84,000.00 - $156,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
