About the team:
The Network Planning team within Last Mile Delivery designs the outbound eCommerce transportation network using advanced analytics to improve speed, cost efficiency, and service quality. As a rapidly growing network, the team develops initiatives and frameworks to support business expansion and future planning. Members handle complex data sets, assess current and potential opportunities, and collaborate with operations and cross-functional partners to implement network enhancements. This dynamic environment is ideal for professionals skilled in data analysis, visualization, and project management to deliver impactful, data-driven solutions that drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
What you'll do:
- Identify and evaluate appropriate data sources aligned with business requirements and quality standards.
- Perform initial data quality assessments and support ongoing data cleansing activities to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Translate complex business problems into data-driven solutions using advanced analytics and statistical techniques.
- Develop and deliver clear, insightful data visualizations tailored to stakeholder needs and business contexts.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align data strategies with organizational goals and priorities.
- Monitor and maintain data quality metrics, ensuring compliance with governance policies and service level agreements.
- Mentor junior analysts in data analysis methods, visualization best practices, and quality management.
What you'll bring:
- Extensive experience in data analysis with strong knowledge of SQL, NoSQL, and distributed data stores.
- Proficiency in data quality management, including profiling, cleansing, and monitoring to meet service level agreements.
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into data-driven solutions aligned with organizational strategy.
- Expertise in data visualization tools such as Python libraries, Tableau, and PowerBI to communicate insights effectively.
- Strong understanding of data governance, metadata standards, and regulatory compliance related to data privacy and security.
- Skilled in exploratory data analysis using statistical techniques and scripting languages like Python and SQL.
- Proven capability to collaborate with stakeholders and mentor junior analysts to drive data quality awareness.

The annual salary range for this position is $80,000.00 - $155,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
