You will lead transformation initiatives from strategy through implementation, creating practical solutions that improve visibility, efficiency, and collaboration. Your work will help teams make better decisions and build scalable ways of working across factories and supply chain partners.

Your key responsibilities

• Develop medium- and long-term digital transformation roadmaps aligned with manufacturing, supply chain, and operational priorities.
• Lead end-to-end digital projects across planning, material scheduling, manufacturing execution, warehousing, supplier collaboration, and order tracking.
• Simplify and standardize supply chain processes, including production scheduling, material handling, quality inspection, warehousing, and delivery.
• Partner with supply chain, production, quality, procurement, information technology, and external providers to deliver stable and valuable solutions.
• Improve system integration and master data quality across enterprise resource planning, manufacturing, warehouse, planning, and supplier platforms.
• Build performance dashboards, identify operational bottlenecks, and support improvements in delivery, inventory, productivity, cost, and supply chain agility.

You Bring

• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in supply chain management, industrial engineering, manufacturing, information management, computer science, or a related field.
• Manufacturing supply chain experience, including hands-on responsibility for end-to-end digital transformation projects.
• Practical knowledge of production planning, material control, manufacturing execution, warehouse management, quality processes, and supplier collaboration.
• Experience with enterprise resource planning, manufacturing execution, warehouse management, advanced planning, or supplier relationship management systems.
• The ability to translate business needs into clear requirements and lead process improvement, system implementation, and change adoption across teams.
• Clear English communication skills, a collaborative approach, structured thinking, and the ability to manage several priorities in a complex environment.
