About the Position
Title: Regional Marketing & Partnership Lead
Location: Hanoi
Reports to: Regional Growth Lead
About the Role
We are looking for a highly proactive, hands-on Regional Marketing & Partnerships Lead who can turn business challenges into practical growth opportunities. You will work across LittleLives' regional markets to identify where growth can come from, build the plan, and execute it yourself - from developing campaigns and content to opening partnership conversations, running experiments, and following through until there is a measurable outcome.
This is not a role that waits for a complete brief or hands execution to a large team. You will be expected to take initiative, investigate problems, propose solutions, bring the right people together, and move ideas into the market quickly. The role works closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to solve real commercial needs and strengthen LittleLives' position in the education sector.
You will work closely with Sales to understand pipeline gaps and create demand; with Product to translate capabilities and roadmap into compelling market stories; and with Customer Success to surface customer insights, proof points, and case studies. You will be expected to connect the dots across teams, challenge assumptions constructively, and keep initiatives moving without waiting for perfect information.
What You Will Be Doing
Regional growth initiatives - identify market gaps, customer needs, new channels, and growth opportunities across the region; turn insights into clear initiatives, experiments, and action plans.
Marketing strategy and execution - own the regional marketing priorities and connect content, SEO/GEO, campaigns, communications, events, and partnerships into one focused growth plan.
Content and campaign delivery - develop and execute content across the website, blog, social media, LinkedIn, newsletters, sales materials, and campaigns for preschool, childcare, K12, and enrichment audiences.
Partnership development - proactively identify, approach, and build relationships with education associations, media, ecosystem partners, technology partners, and commercial partners that can create leads, market access, credibility, or new revenue opportunities.
Partnership activation - move partnerships beyond introductions by shaping the value proposition, coordinating stakeholders, launching joint initiatives, and tracking results.
SEO and GEO - improve LittleLives' visibility in traditional search and AI-driven search through content strategy, optimisation, and coordination of technical improvements.
Brand and external communications - translate LittleLives' product, customer value, and market perspective into strong narratives, campaigns, case studies, PR opportunities, and sales collateral.
Events and field marketing - plan and run regional events end-to-end, including concept, promotion, execution, lead capture, and follow-up, with a clear focus on qualified pipeline and conversion.
Growth problem-solving - when a market, campaign, or channel is underperforming, investigate the cause, recommend a practical response, test solutions, and adjust based on evidence.
What We Are Looking For
6+ years of experience across marketing, partnerships, growth, content, communications, or related commercial roles.
Strong initiative and ownership: you do not wait to be told each step, and you are comfortable turning an unclear problem into a practical plan.
Genuinely hands-on: able to research, write, create briefs and materials, contact partners, coordinate execution, and follow up personally.
Commercially minded: able to connect marketing and partnership activity to pipeline, conversion, retention, market access, or revenue.
A resourceful problem-solver who can find workable solutions despite limited resources, changing priorities, or incomplete information.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the confidence to engage senior stakeholders and external partners.
Strong writing and content judgment, with the range to speak to grassroots school operators, educators, enterprise groups, and partners.
Comfortable using data and market feedback to assess performance, learn quickly, and improve the approach.
Experience with events, partnerships, SEO, digital content, or regional campaigns. Southeast Asia or education-sector experience is an advantage.
What Success Looks Like
A clear regional growth plan is actively executed, with priorities based on commercial opportunity rather than activity volume.
New growth ideas and channels are consistently identified, tested, measured, and either scaled or stopped based on results.
A healthy pipeline of relevant partnerships is built, with joint initiatives producing qualified leads, market access, brand credibility, or revenue.
Regional campaigns and content generate measurable improvement in reach, engagement, qualified demand, and sales enablement.
LittleLives improves its organic and AI-search visibility for priority topics and markets.
Sales teams have sharp, current collateral and practical campaign support that helps move prospects forward.
Events and partnerships are followed through from idea to outcome, with clear learning and next actions after each initiative.
