Job Responsibilities:
- Support daily online operations
Assist the team with routine platform backend work for dining packages, tickets and travel bundles. This includes checking online listings, spotting outdated information and coordinating with relevant departments for corrections, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day product management.
- Assist in communication with cross‑functional teams for product updates
Liaise with different parties to obtain latest details, new offers and promotional campaign shedules. Translate the collected updates into platform content changes, acting as a communication link between operation and frontline departments.
- Regularly update images and text across platforms
Assisting for platforms needed materials. The intern will refresh product photos, revise promotional descriptions and check information accuracy for all offerings. All published content must follow MGM brand guidelines to maintain attractiveness and consistency for guests.
- Collect and maintain operational data for F&B products
Gather daily performance data of dining outlets, such as booking volume, package sales and guest feedback. Sort, organize and update records systematically. The consolidated data supports the team in analyzing restaurant package popularity and adjusting marketing plans.
- Collect and maintain operational data for ticketing products
Compile statistics of ticket‑based experiences, including sales figures, redemption records and inventory status. Keep the dataset updated and complete. Reliable ticketing data helps monitor product turnover and control ticket availability.
- Collect and maintain operational data for travel products
Track the sales and enquiry data of travel packages, bundled itineraries and hotel stay combos. Maintain neat data archives for regular review. The information enables the team to evaluate the market response of travel offerings and optimize product design.
Job Requirements:
Applicants who study at universities outside of Macau must be Macau ID card holders
The internship must be a requirement of the university as per its curriculum. We may request further information if needed
