## The team you will be a part of

The Engineering team discovers, develops and evaluates new product ideas, enhancements, or strategic product extensions, and translates research discoveries into usable and marketable products. Leads, plans and tracks all phases of the product life cycle, from inception to introduction into the marketplace. Coordinates with various functions to ensure successful product development and implementation.

## This role in summary

The Process Engineer will drive critical productivity and continuous improvement initiatives within our factory's internal processes. With an unwavering commitment to the safety of our people, product quality, and operational excellence, this role requires strong analytical problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to optimizing manufacturing and logistics workflows.

## Your responsibilities will include

• Lead industrial engineering and process improvements, focusing on Efficiency and Profit for Growth (P4G) projects.
• Foster cross-functional collaboration between Industrial Engineering and Operations to ensure the seamless implementation of NPI/EPI (New Product/Equipment Introduction) projects with minimal disruption.
• Drive the implementation and maturation of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology across internal processes.
• Manage, track, and report on technical Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure departmental goals are met

## Minimum requirements

• Engineering bachelor’s degree;
• At least 5 years of proven experience in manufacturing process and/or internal logistics environments.
• CREA;
• Proven experience in engineering routine (specification, development and projects implementation and also cost takeout projects).

## Preferred skills and experiences

• OPEx certifications and proficiency. Knowledge of WCM methodology is desirable.
• Data driven problem solving mindset;
• Have logical, analytical and creative thinking;
• Self motivation and curiosity;
• Accountability and team work;
• Advanced English;
