Responsibilities :
- Contract, Outline agreement and Spot Purchase Order set up in various systems to ensure accurate and complete information
- Agreement, PO confirmation and filing.
- Supplier interaction and follow up.
- Payment term verification and other Exceptional Notice resolution coordination.
- Vendor master set up and review coordination.
- Provide additional transactional support assigned by supervisor.
- Identifies and drives continuous improvement in the relationship with buyers and suppliers.
- Collaborate with other procurement colleagues to develop and share best practices and improve procurement processes.
Skill Set Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, customer service or service center is required.
- Proficient in both oral and written Korean is a must. A good command of English is preferred.
- Knowledge and experience with SAP or other mainstream ERPs are a plus.
- Proficiency in data analysis, and great attention to detail.
- Solid interpersonal/facilitation skills, team player.
- Sense of efficiency, urgency and priority.
- Analytical and negotiation skills and ability to influence supplier on mindset change is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross functional and cross business environment.
- Exhibits high business ethics and principle-based behavior. Ability to communicate across all levels, energetic, enthusiastic, with a positive mindset.
