- Experience in Brazil: Deep understanding of the Brazilian consumer, their financial habits, and the local business/partner ecosystem.
- Language Proficiency: Native Portuguese and fluent English (essential).
- Drive for the Challenge: Previous experience as a Country Manager is not required, provided you demonstrate the potential, pragmatism, and autonomy to lead an entire market.
- (Nice-to-have) Previous experience in the remittances, payments, digital finance, or financial services industries.
Desired Competencies
- Execution Mindset ("Own It" Mentality): Ability to move seamlessly from high-level strategy to hands-on operational execution with speed and pragmatism.
- Strategic Thinking & Problem-Solving: Ability to prioritize high-impact opportunities, learn rapidly, and solve complex problems in dynamic environments.
- Customer Obsession & Purpose (Mission-Oriented): Relentless focus on user experience and empathy for financial inclusion and migrant communities.
- Negotiation & Stakeholder Management: Skill in building trust-based relationships with commercial partners, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities.

- Competitive Compensation Package: Market-aligned salary + incentive package. Full Time
