Senior Manager, FP&A Commercial Support - Naturium

This role will own the commercial/sales FP&A function for NATURIUM and partner closely with the Sales organization and our VP of Sales, Crystal Plomer. The role will report directly to me, AVP of FP&A for NATURIUM.

This person will serve as a key bridge between FP&A and the Commercial/Sales organization, connecting financial planning and performance management with the day-to-day needs of the business. Key areas of ownership will include commercial sales planning across retail and connected commerce, as well as Visual Merchandising, including the associated costs, planning, and cross-functional coordination.

This will be a highly visible and impactful role as we continue to scale NATURIUM, with significant exposure to senior Commercial and Finance leadership.
