GENERAL RESPONSIBILITY
- Provide operational, administrative, and system support to the greater Pursuit Global Sales Team.
- Support the day-to-day administration and adoption of Pursuit's sales systems, including Salesforce and Revenue Cloud.
- Support Sales Managers and global sales teams with contracting, CRM processes, data maintenance, and system-related questions.
- Assist with the creation, maintenance, and implementation of sales processes, tools, documentation, and resources.
- Support the ongoing adoption of Revenue Cloud contracting processes, helping Sales Managers navigate the system and complete contracting requirements independently.
- Maintain accurate and timely sales information across systems and support data integrity through regular review and updates.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations, Sales Managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure consistent processes and information across global sales teams.
- Provide training, onboarding, and ongoing support for sales systems and processes as required.
- Provide coverage in the absence of other Sales Operations and Automation team members.
- Support projects and initiatives that require additional operational or administrative support.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve sales processes, system adoption, documentation, and the overall user experience.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
SALES OPERATIONS & SUPPORT
- Provide day-to-day operational support to Sales Managers and global sales teams.
- Act as a first point of contact for routine questions relating to sales systems, processes, contracting, and CRM administration.
- Build, maintain, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
- Coordinate and maintain sales materials, resources, tracking documents, and process documentation.
- Assist with account, opportunity, activity, contact, and other sales data updates within Salesforce.
- Support Sales Managers with system navigation, troubleshooting, and process-related questions.
- Assist with the onboarding of new Sales Managers and team members to sales systems and processes.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding operational tasks to support timely completion.
REVENUE CLOUD & CONTRACTING
- Support Sales Managers in the use of Salesforce Revenue Cloud for sales contracting and related processes.
- Support Sales Managers in completing their own contracting requirements and provide guidance on system processes where required.
- Assist with the preparation and maintenance of rate sheets and other contracting resources.
- Ensure required contracting documentation and information is accurately entered and maintained within Revenue Cloud and associated systems.
- Support the implementation and adoption of new Revenue Cloud processes, functionality, and system enhancements.
- Identify recurring user issues or process gaps and escalate them to Sales Operations for review and resolution.
- Maintain and update supporting SOPs, training materials, and reference documentation as processes evolve.
CRM & DATA SUPPORT
- Support the ongoing maintenance and adoption of Salesforce across global sales teams.
- Assist with maintaining accurate and complete account, contact, opportunity, activity, and other CRM records.
- Perform routine data updates, corrections, and quality checks as required.
- Support users with Salesforce processes and functionality within established guidelines.
- Assist with CRM onboarding and training for new and existing users.
- Identify data or process issues and escalate more complex requirements to Sales Operations and Automation.
- Support CRM projects, system changes, testing, and user adoption initiatives as required.
SALES ENABLEMENT & PROCESS SUPPORT
- Create and maintain user guides, SOPs, training materials, and other resources to support consistent sales processes.
- Lead or assist with training and onboarding sessions for Salesforce, Revenue Cloud, and related sales tools.
- Support communications relating to system changes, process updates, and new initiatives.
- Work collaboratively with Sales Operations to identify opportunities to simplify processes and improve the user experience.
- Assist with testing new system functionality, processes, and enhancements before broader implementation.
- Provide feedback from end users to Sales Operations to help inform future system and process improvements.
CUSTOMER & STAKEHOLDER SUPPORT
- Provide professional and timely support to internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist with customer communications and operational follow-up where required.
- Maintain positive working relationships with Sales Managers, Sales Operations, and other internal teams.
- Ensure information provided to stakeholders is accurate, consistent, and aligned with established processes.
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
- A diploma in tourism, sales, business, administration, or a related field, with at least two years of relevant experience.
- Experience supporting sales teams, business operations, CRM systems, or similar business processes.
- Strong administrative, organizational, and communication skills.
- Comfortable working with technology and learning new systems, with experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platforms considered an asset.
- Experience with sales contracting, Revenue Cloud, or other sales technology considered an asset.
- Self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently while knowing when to seek support or escalate an issue.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and data quality.
- Able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships with users and stakeholders across different teams and locations.
- Comfortable providing training, guidance, and support to colleagues with varying levels of technical experience.
- Collaborative team player with a willingness to support broader Sales Operations initiatives.
- Adaptable and comfortable working through changing systems, processes, and business requirements.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn and adopt new technology and business systems.
- Willing to travel domestically and internationally, with a valid passport required for conferences and business needs.
