Summer 2027 Intern - Human Resources

Support a variety of Human Resources programs and initiatives across Talent Acquisition, HR Business Partnership, Talent & Culture, and Compensation & Benefits. Assist with recruiting, pre-boarding, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities to ensure a positive candidate and employee experience. Coordinate communications with candidates, employees, managers, vendors, and cross-functional business partners. Support employee engagement, learning and development, culture-building activities, and HR events. Prepare presentations, reports, communications, training materials, and process documentation to support HR initiatives. Participate in HR projects and process improvement efforts that support organizational and business objectives. Provide administrative and operational support to the Human Resources team while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion. Experience working with HR systems, processes, and cross-functional business teams. Undergraduate currently enrolled in a full-time academic program from an accredited college or university majoring in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related field. Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn. Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
