What You’ll Do

• Greet and check in customers
• Answer phones and help guests with questions
• Help customers book laser tag sessions, birthday parties, and events
• Handle basic payments and front desk transactions
• Help organize groups before their games
• Assist with birthday parties and large groups
• Keep the front desk and customer areas clean and organized
• Work with the rest of the Battle House team to keep everything running smoothly

• Available for evenings and weekends

Customer service, restaurant, retail, receptionist, front desk, or hospitality experience is helpful, but not required.
