**\- Role Overview**

**As Marketing Manager, you are responsible for leading the marketing team and driving initiatives that position TrianglZ a tech leader with a unique culture. You will:**

**•** Own the brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.

• Lead digital and offline campaigns to increase awareness and generate leads.

• Promote our products and services and showcase our success stories and achievements across all platforms.

• Collaborate with technical teams and HR to promote innovation, culture, and employee engagement.

• Develop the marketing team’s skills and capabilities.

Your work will directly impact company growth, culture, and market presence.

**Lead the marketing function to strengthen our brand identity, increase visibility, and generate leads by promoting our tech culture and positioning Ensido and our product portfolio through market research and impactful campaigns.**

## Requirements

**\- Core Responsibilities**

**A. Brand & Market Positioning**

Define and maintain company brand identity and tone of voice.

Build awareness in the tech market and maintain consistency across channels.

Monitor competitors’ marketing efforts and identify opportunities.

**B. Marketing Strategy & Execution**

Develop a marketing strategy aligned with company OGSM.

Plan, execute, and track marketing campaigns (digital, social, product promotion, events).

Manage marketing roadmap, priorities, and budget.

**C. Digital & Social Media**

Grow social media presence: posts, reels, product stories, tech culture content.

Optimize content performance (reach, engagement, conversion).

Promote product highlights, innovations, and achievements through creative campaigns.

**D. Events & Tech Community Presence**

Identify relevant tech events, conferences, and meetups.

Represent the company and ensure a professional, consistent brand presence.

Generate leads and networking opportunities from events.

**E. Lead Generation**

Execute campaigns to generate Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs).

Collaborate with business teams to ensure quality of leads and conversions.

Optimize campaigns based on performance metrics.

**F. Team Leadership & Development**

Lead and coach the marketing team

Create IDPs (Individual Development Plans) for all team members.

Conduct regular team check-ins, performance reviews, and skill development sessions.

Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

**G. Culture, Employer Branding & Internal Engagement (with HR)**

Promote company culture internally and externally via social media, campaigns, and events.

Collaborate with HR on employer branding initiatives:

Employee storytelling (spotlights, achievements).

Recruitment campaigns and career opportunities.

Internal communications supporting engagement.

Support internal events and employee engagement initiatives:

Promote outings, team-building events, hackathons, recognition programs.

Increase participation and awareness of company initiatives.

Capture event highlights for internal and external storytelling.

**H. Innovation & Collaboration with Technical Teams**

Collaborate with technical teams to identify product innovations and success stories.

Translate technical achievements into marketable campaigns, content, and events.

Generate creative ideas that highlight TrianglZ ’s tech excellence.
