Description
FastLane Group is looking for a Senior Marketing Executive to support the planning and execution of regional marketing activities.
You will work closely with the marketing, sales, and creative teams to develop and coordinate content, campaigns, social media, videos, sales materials, website updates, and other marketing initiatives for audiences in Hong Kong, Mainland China, and other regional markets.
Work Arrangement
- On-site presence required during the initial three months (subject to performance).
- Hybrid work model thereafter, combining remote work with occasional in-office collaboration.
- Opportunities to gain exposure to regional engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage monthly marketing, content and campaign calendars
- Develop, write and localise marketing content in English, Traditional Chinese and Simplified Chinese
- Plan and coordinate social media content across relevant platforms
- Coordinate video content with speakers, designers, editors and other stakeholders
- Work with sales teams on brochures, presentations, campaigns and other sales support materials
- Prepare clear creative and content briefs for designers, website developers and external vendors
- Coordinate website content updates, landing pages and other digital marketing initiatives
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, partnerships and other marketing activities
- Monitor campaign performance, enquiries, engagement and other relevant marketing metrics
- Ensure marketing communications are consistent with the company's brand, positioning and messaging
- Support other regional marketing initiatives and projects as required
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field
- At least 2 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese
- Able to read and write both Traditional and Simplified Chinese, with the ability to create, edit and localise Chinese-language marketing content
- Experience in social media management, content planning and campaign execution
- Good project management, communication and stakeholder coordination skills
- Able to work independently, manage multiple priorities and follow through on projects
- Good attention to detail and an understanding of how content should be adapted for different audiences
- Experience in B2B, corporate services or professional services is an advantage
- Experience supporting Hong Kong and/or Mainland China markets is an advantage
