Five Star Ford Lewisville is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dealership experience.
Schedule
- Monday–Friday
- 2:00 PM–8:00 PM
- Evening hours

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
- Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
- Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
- Assist with directing customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
- Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
- Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
- Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements
- Previous receptionist, customer service, preferred.
- Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.
- Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
- Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
- Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment
