Description
Role Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for customer equipment and systems.
- Coordinate field service activities to ensure timely and effective service delivery.
- Collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support teams to resolve technical issues.
- Monitor service performance and labor productivity to drive operational efficiency.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction through excellent service and communication.
Role Purpose
- Ensure field service operations are delivered in accordance with company standards.
- Support customer requirements with timely and effective solutions.
- Improve service quality, productivity, and operational performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant field service or technical support experience.
- Strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of company systems and service-related applications.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
- Good command of English communication.
