- Maintain and support UPS systems, Access Control Systems, Public Address (PA) Systems, Passive Network Systems, Solar Monitoring Systems, Variable Frequency Drives (VFD) and Power Quality Monitoring Systems (PQMS).
- Lead the adoption and deployment of Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT), and digital technologies to improve reliability, efficiency, and sustainability of Facilities ELV systems.
- Develop and implement AI-enabled predictive maintenance solutions to monitor equipment health and predict failures of UPS systems, VFDs, battery systems, power distribution equipment, network infrastructure, and critical facility assets before operational impact occurs.
- Utilize AI-based analytics tools to identify abnormal equipment behavior, power quality disturbances, utility consumption trends, and potential risks, enabling proactive maintenance and operational decisions.
- Build and maintain real-time dashboards and visualization platforms using FMCS, BMS, PQMS, solar monitoring, and facility databases to improve system visibility and data-driven decision making.
- Apply machine learning and advanced analytics to optimize preventive maintenance intervals, spare parts inventory management, asset lifecycle planning, and contractor productivity.
- Support development of Digital Twin models for facility infrastructure to improve capacity planning, scenario simulations, energy optimization, and risk assessment.
- Drive smart facility initiatives through intelligent alarming systems, automated fault detection, predictive diagnostics, and autonomous monitoring technologies.
- Leverage Generative AI and engineering copilots to improve engineering productivity, technical troubleshooting, root cause analysis, SOP development, engineering documentation, and operational reporting.
- Collaborate with Automation, IT, Cybersecurity, and Global Facilities teams to implement secure AI and cloud-based solutions in accordance with corporate digital governance requirements.
- Experience supporting facilities systems such as UPS, Access Control, Public Address, Data Networks, Solar Monitoring, PQMS, FMCS, BMS, SCADA, or Smart Building Systems.
- Knowledge of AI, Machine Learning, Data Analytics, Industrial IoT (IIoT), Digital Twin technologies, or Predictive Maintenance methodologies is an added advantage.
- Experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Tableau, Ignition, SCADA, FMCS, BMS, or similar data analytics platforms will be highly preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capability with experience applying 8D, FMEA, RCA, Fishbone Analysis, and statistical techniques to resolve complex engineering issues.
- Experience managing contractors, facility projects, equipment upgrades, CAPEX projects, and cross-functional engineering initiatives.
- Good understanding of Industry 4.0 technologies, smart manufacturing concepts, cybersecurity awareness, and digital facility transformation programs.
- Follow all EHS procedures to ensure compliance with application regulations.

Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication, Electrical / Electronic Engineering, or others equivalent field.
- Entry level is encouraged to apply.
- Candidate with background experience from ELV/Audio Visual /Public Address/Network & Security industries is an added advantage.
- Having basic knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Good analytical, with ability to analyses problem and visualize with appropriate solutions.
- With good sense of responsibility and able to work independently with minimum supervision.
