Where You'll Make a Difference
- Develop and evaluate technologies, resources, and engineering solutions to improve manufacturing efficiency and process performance.
- Identify, recommend, and implement process improvement opportunities across existing production operations.
- Analyze operational data and process performance to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production line and equipment-related issues from a process engineering perspective.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, and R&D teams to ensure stable and efficient operations.
- Support scale-up, process validation, and technology transfer activities when required.
- Lead root cause investigations and implement corrective and preventive actions for process-related issues.
- Promote best practices in process safety, sustainability, operational excellence, and reliability.
What Makes You the Right Fit
- Master's degree or above in Chemical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Strong knowledge of reaction engineering and separation engineering.
- Proven experience in process development, optimization, or manufacturing support within the chemical industry.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to independently evaluate technical challenges and implement solutions.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments involving engineering, manufacturing, and R&D teams.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
How Would You Stand Out?
- Knowledge of organic chemistry and chemical reaction mechanisms.
- Experience in catalyst development, catalyst performance evaluation, or catalyst-related manufacturing processes.
- Experience supporting process scale-up and commercial manufacturing operations.
- Familiarity with simulation tools, data analysis, or process modeling software.
- Experience within specialty chemicals, flavors & fragrances, fine chemicals, or related industries.
