Education required: BS degree from an accredited college/university, preferably in Business Administration discipline with a focus in Human Resource Management
Other requirements: Must be enrolled at a MY university for the duration of your studies / Credit-bearing internship is preferred
Language requirement: Written and spoken fluency in English
Internship period: Between September/October 2026 to March 2027 (Minimum 6 months)

What will you do?
Provide end-to-end support and first-level resolution for employees and managers and assist with the maintenance and updating of HR operations databases (Workday / SAP etc.), including employee records and attendance systems.
Support the management of the employee life cycle, including onboarding, transfers, promotions, and offboarding activities, to ensure smooth transitions and accurate record-keeping.
Help administer employee benefits programmes, such as health insurance enrolment, leave applications, and retirement plans.
Work on items linked to compensation, benefits, and HR policies, while fostering clear communication to enhance employee understanding and satisfaction.
Use dashboards and data analytics to monitor personal and team performance, identifying and following up on continuous improvement opportunities.
Support and contribute to HR process improvement initiatives and projects relating to employee life cycle.
What will you learn?
Deliver real-time HR support and resolve queries in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Develop expertise in HR policies and processes, using advanced knowledge management tools to provide accurate guidance.
Gain hands-on experience with HRIS systems enhanced with AI capabilities, managing HR transactions and understanding their impact across payroll, compensation & benefits, and global mobility.
Master the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding and job changes, while working with cross-functional teams to achieve service excellence.
Build strong stakeholder management skills by collaborating with business, Finance, Tech, and other teams to deliver excellent service and drive process improvements.
Use dashboards and data analytics to understand performance, drive continuous improvement, and celebrate team achievements.
