Position: Airport Customer Service Representative

Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Airport Customer Service Representative. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all airport passengers, ensuring their needs are met and any issues are resolved promptly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist passengers at the airport, providing information on flight schedules, gate changes, and other relevant information
- Check-in passengers and their luggage, ensuring all necessary documents are in order
- Handle and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Assist passengers with special needs, such as unaccompanied minors or passengers with disabilities
- Coordinate with other airport departments, such as security and ground handling, to ensure a smooth and efficient travel experience for passengers
- Process ticket changes, upgrades, and cancellations as per company policies
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Assist with any other duties as assigned by the airport management team
Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations
- Knowledge of airport operations and procedures is an asset
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to pass a background check and obtain necessary airport security clearance
