Description
The department Carbon Capture and Utilization / Storage (CCUS) in Heidelberg is looking for an Intern (f/m/d) or Working Student.
YOUR NEXT CHALLENGE
Contribute to the CO2 Neutrality Roadmap 2050, i.e., pro-actively shape the success story of Heidelberg Materials’ decarbonization journey
Support the development of a range of CCUS (Carbon Capture and Utilization/Storage) projects in close collaboration within our CCUS department
Interaction with our various business entities in different countries and also external partner firms is possible
As an integral part of the Team, working on own projects with own responsibilities (with clear guidance), preparing analyses, business cases, and presentations
Support organization of key events within CCUS
Support the CCUS department in its role of building and exchanging know-how (research, scouting, and structuring reports)
YOUR PROFILE
Technical and/or business administration Bachelor's or Master's degree studies, with a strong interest in sustainability/carbon capturing/decarbonization
Keen to dive into the detailed technical and financial aspects of CCUS project development
Ability to digest new information swiftly
Experience with Power Point, Excel. Optional: other Microsoft office tools, AI tools
Dynamic attitude and willingness to interact with our CCUS team, and external/internal stakeholders
