General Summary:
- Provide support to production in device conversion, recipe creation, wafer probing and failure analysis, lot hold disposition, and in-process control executions in his area of responsibility.
- Maintain and support day to day manufacturing activities through real-time problem analysis.
- Ensure smooth process flow with high quality, high yield, low cost by working with cross functional teams to achieve the overall committed targets.
- Support process improvement projects as assigned on process performance, product quality, operation efficiency, cost saving and yield.
- Reports into Engineering technically; reports into Manufacturing Lead functionally in his shift.
- Support department and company objectives.
Education/Experience Requirements
- Diploma in Engineering or equivalent Technical Certificate.
- 3 years of relevant technical experience in semiconductor process technology.
- Experienced with computer systems and proficient with software applications such as MS Power Point, Excel and Word.
Skills, Abilities & Knowledge
- Execute tasks according to instructions with minimum guidance.
- Acquire good process knowledge and skills, and able to achieve
consistent performance on device conversion, recipe creation, wafer failure analysis and lot hold disposition.
- Proficiency in the use of metrology tools for measuring and inspecting critical aspects of work-in-process to support in-process control activities.
- Able to multi-task, set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Possess good communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
