Ericsson is growing! We are now looking for a Marketing and Communication Specialist Intern to join our EMEA M&C organization for a 3-month internship, starting October 2026.

Reporting to the Marketing & Communication Director, CU WSA, you will support Marketing and Communication Managers in major customer engagements, follow up on account-based marketing execution, and help create impactful customer experiences across specific Customer Units/accounts.

Criteria for applying:

• Degree: must be majoring in Commerce, Marketing or Communications (Bachelor's/Master's)
• Must be in your 3rd or final year of your degree program

As part of this program you will:

• Support project management of different Customer Marketing and Comms activities
• Coordinate flexibly with other M&C functions on different activations & deliverables
• Work with the project lead to support the marketing aspects of events, ensuring Ericsson's successful participation and a differentiated, impactful customer experience during key events
• Inject proactive ideas and activities to support CU ambitions
• Support the planning and implementation of marketing and communications deliverables
• Quickly absorb and support cross-CU needs within the Marketing Unit
• Assist with engagements with the sales organization on ongoing business and new business opportunities
