## About this Role

We are seeking a finance professional to support Real Estate Accounting and Country Controlling activities within a global finance environment. This role is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of lease accounting transactions, contract creation and modification, financial reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and month-end activities in compliance with IFRS 16 requirements. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring robust process controls, effective stakeholder engagement, and high-quality financial reporting.

## What you’ll do

Manage real estate accounting operations in compliance with IFRS 16 principles.Support end-to-end lease contract management, including contract creation, modification and maintenance activities.Ensure all operational and administrative processes are executed accurately and in line with established controls.Process lease accounting transactions and ensure timely and accurate contract set-up within RE-FX.Perform monthly valuation postings for eligible leases, ensuring accuracy and adherence to agreed timelines.Deliver activities related to internal and external financial reporting and compliance requirements.Support month-end accounting processes, reporting activities and balance sheet reconciliations.Analyse accounting data, investigate issues and coordinate resolutions with stakeholders.Communicate accounting updates and procedural changes effectively, assessing their operational impact.Undertake additional finance-related responsibilities as required by leadership

## Who you are

Strong knowledge of IFRS 16 and lease accounting principles.Experience in financial reporting, accounting operations and reconciliation activities.Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Power Platform tools.Strong analytical, problem-solving and data analysis capabilities.Good time management and organisational skills with attention to detail.Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.Understanding of SAP RE-FX functionality and broader SAP systems knowledge is advantageous.
